It's totally uncategorized interaction that should always appear in the initial menu. If it does not, turn on the Traditional Social Menu in Gameplay Settings.
An additional fact: Ask to Leave is an uncategorized friendly interaction. Or if you want to send everyone home, there should be an interaction for it when you click on your sim.
