As for my computer, I have an 8 year old HP Desktop that works mostly except for my sound, unfortately it wasn't the software.
My TB memory is still good with all my Sims 4 packs & my Civilization VI game packs. I to make sure I have a fan close to my PC for when my place gets to over 26C. I so wish that Best Buy would finally open up their doors so I can finally take my PC box to get a new sound chip installed. So for now my poor PC will have to stay mute for awhile longer.
They would have to replace the entire motherboard to do that. Why not just buy a sound card? They're cheap, and easy to install
