What is most powerful Occult in the Sims 4? No Mod/cheat and Age is on.
I'm curious, What occult is most useful? Hard to killed? Making easier or harder on other sim due occult's power, so go on? Please Noticed, this is without mod and age is on.

I find that if you're doing the Legacy Challenge, mermaids are most useful! Their powers are accessible right away, despite being limited, and can be very useful if you're fishing to raise money or trying to get your Sim a partner.
