What is Sims University About and Why do You like it?

I recently created a poll in regards to expansions, and I see that a lot of people really want Sims University. Although I have it for TS3, I never did a get a chance to play it so I don't really know...

I like Sims 3 university because it functioned like a university/college a 2 year and 4 year and anyone from YA to Elder could go to college/university not just YA. And you go back to get other degrees.
