On the subject of Sims 2, it was always super weird to me that Pollination Tech 9 Smith abducted & knocked up Jenny's father Glarn Curious (creating Lola and Chloe) and then proceeded to marry Glarn's other daughter years later and have kids with her. It's never brought up as an issue or addressed. Even if they aren't biologically related, it's still crossing some funky family boundaries.
I think my favorite death in Sims 4 is probably the Rabid Rodent fever. My only reason to get that stuff pack would be for that death. It's hilarious. Also it's nice to have some illnesses with consequences!
