What is the best Sims 4 pack?

hello all,
so i finally joined the crowd and started playing the sims 4! it is so much fun and works better on windows 10. I am looking to expand my game but i was wondering what EP/SP is the best?
i am definetely going to get University and seasons, but is there any other ones that are awesome?

cats & dogs is number 1. I feel like seasons is kind of necessary since it adds something important to the game. City living is my personal fav.

My favorite expansion pack is Get Famous. I love the different ways you can get famous!!

My favorite game pack is Strangerville because of the really cool story.

My favorite stuff pack is My First Pet because I love the different things the rodents can do and the pet's clothing!

UPDATE 4/5/2021: I now have Uni, Seasons, Get to work, Spooky Stuff, and parenthood. Next i plan to get Strangerville, Island living, Get together, toddler stuff, kids stuff, movie hangout stuff, and that'll be it for now. Any other suggestions?
