Ha, Bob is always a total jerk in my game but to be fair I do usually run into him when he is feeling either tense or angry so that probably has something to do with his behaviour. He's ridiculously loyal to Eliza though without a fault; I've tried many a time to have my sim seduce him away from her when he's been in a good mood but he always turns down their advances.
Eliza on the other hand... eh it depends on which sim I'm playing. Sometimes she can be a really good friend (though IMO no one tops Summer Holiday, she is the best friend any sim could have) but other times she can be such a B.
