I am talking about service nps from Twinbrook, a world from TS3, the first 2 I've mentioned are premade maids, while Dee Liver is the paper delivery girl.

One time when I was creating a sim in The Sims 3 I hit the name randomizer a few of times before I stopped on the name Jim Crow. Keep in mind that I was creating a black sim too. Other than that I'm usually the one creating funny or pun names for my NPCs such as Jack Hoff, Jack Daniels, Rob Steele, and Moe Lester.

I just got back to this thread and saw your post. Mr. Foops! I love it!

My name comes from the fact that I don't swear and one day my brother, daughter and I were all playing COD on split screen. I was trying to get up in a high hiding spot when I glanced at their screens and saw they were both coming straight at me from opposite directions. I shouted "aw penguin foop!" which made them both stop and look at me. I quickly ran past my daughter; knifing her as I did and got out of a tough spot. :D
