The least fun skill is probably charisma , which seems pointless apart from adding new social interaction options which seem insignificant with the same animation..

Least Fun: Cooking because if you pick 'cook' and have some very good tomatoes etc. the Sim still gets a bad moodlet that it has a bad taste or whatever, though they can cook gourmet foods etc. Skills don't matter if it is merely based on the veggies you added or didn't add to the dish.
Favorite: Violin.
