What is the most and least fun skill in sims 4?

Admittedly I haven't tried all the skills yet, but so far I think the most enjoyable skill is painting , especially since the new paint from reference after the latest patch The least fun skill is...

The Charisma skill is the most important, at least I feel like it is, which is why it's my least favourite skill, I often find that my Sims max their Charisma in just a few days since they talk to each other allot, I wish my Loner Sim couldn't get so much Charisma Points like everyone else, it feels unnatural lol
