What is the most expensive object on the game so far?

I was going to say the suit of armor, too. I know in playing Pinstar's Legacy Challenge, that the Founder had to purchase that to help bring down the amount of Simoleons they start off with, after the purchase of the then largest lot available.

I've played a retail shop for awhile and noticed that NCp/Townie Sims don't always buy the most expensive things. Sometimes quantity is better than quality. ;)

That being said, it you only want to sell the most expensive things, then just sell the most expensive couch, fridge, chair, stove, painting(s), etc...

EDIT: What I mean is no one was buying anything when I had only the most expensive stuff up for sale. As soon as I put in a variety then they started buying the low to mid-grade items and finally occasionally a high price item.
