What is the reliable way to start a fire in community lot
For obvious reasons I want to see firefighters. Firework used to work 100% but it doesn’t seem to start a fire anymore when set off indoor. Any idea ?

I don't think they can start on community lots.
I've used a mod that increases fire intensity that included a file to allow fires on community lots.
