What is this thought bubble??
Hey guys! I'm wondering if anyone knows what this thought bubble means. Both my sim and their dog keep getting it above their head. I'm not sure if it's a CC thought bubble based off of some CC traits...

The filing box is the one I get most often - before I realized it was a bug, I had a sim that had just aged to YA and I wasn't sure what career to put her in. I had her mom "ask about future plans" and that filing box is what she thought of, so I put her in the business career. :D
