What is you favorite type of family to play?

I do play many different ways but my favorite characters are started out single and played for a long time before I get them coupled up or hitched. Often when I do play larger families there is a central sim that everything revolves around.. and it goes back to that I do like mostly to focus on one sim at a time... or that when it becomes about time management it just isn't fun to me anymore.
