I'm having the same issue as always since the release of the base game pack after pack patch after patch nothing changes it's always RUSHED UNFINISHED CONTENT.
I will ignore how dumb the Sims are who have the worst AI of any Sims game they were truly built for nothing but talking that is obvious. The worlds were created with nothing but limitations in mind giving the players no control over anything not even naming them. Nothing is ever complete such as the recent wants/fears updates packs rarely if at all work together and if you want to see something old such as an older world you have no control over updated to include newer features don't hold your breath. Also, no cars and bassinet babies 8 years later we've had entire Sims games be created and end within this time yet we still don't even have simple basics to work with.
