I play with all of the packs, and my most gamechanging ones are Seasons, because of the weather and the holidays; Get Together because of the clubs; Parenthood because of the character values and parenting system; and Laundry Day because it adds more realism into the game (so do the other 3 I mentioned, but for a stuff pack it’s really good).
The best patches were the Carribean and the gardening ones. They added some really cool BB and CAS stuff which I use a lot.
