Often it depends on the Sim.
I won't do the Public Enemy (for your purposes you could probably count that as my least favorite) or Chief of Mischief unless it specifically fits the character of the sim (or a super sim challenge). I only enjoy those in those situations but I still worry if it's going to affect my other played households since I play rotationally. Because of this I don't play many of those sims in my control freak saves.
I find the athletic aspiration the most boring (But again if it fits the sim I enjoy it) since I hate sports in RL and the sight of lots of muscles grosses me out. have a hard time achieving the "Maximun body potential" goal for a lot of sims because I want to get the balance of muscle tone that I want for each particular sim. I still try to achieve it pretty often for the longer life reward but I don't sweat it if I don't, especially if it doesn't fit the sim's personality.
The family ones can be hard or at least time consuming but I enjoy them.
I tend to let the wealth ones happen naturally through the course of the sims' lives and just grab the points as I achieve each goal. I enjoy this one as it ties in with my love of building in an organic, "moving on up" or renovating way. Although, sometimes I'll do the achievement grind and throw up a bunch of cheap posters for the 15 pieces of art goal and same with the columns. But depending on my save game that feels a bit cheaty.
