What is your TS4 delivery preference?
I prefer to have my babies at the hospital because I get a birth certificate for the newborn. Even though you cant do anything with it..it gives some more realism in the game :)

My sim has had 11 sets of twins in a row at the hospital now LOL! But but I'm really wondering is what mod that is? I haven't seen it yet i don't think.
