What issues make you too scared to play with the main save?

We know that the main game and every patch usually include something risking your save or even your game. It's a serious issue if it happens in our main or long-played save. I am the one who started...

Thank you for every comment. I have to go to sleep now, so I will check the new comments tomorrow. Every play style, way of concern, or positive way of thinking are welcomed. There may be something I miss too.

But the most common thing I saw from discussion… backup routine is the must!
