After reading the Patch Notes, it seems that the festival overlapping bug and university lot bugs aren't fixed in this patch. This is another reason that made me pause the story's progress for a while. Or at least, don't play apartment household. I hope that this critical bug won't last too long.
Many people don't know that EA Answers or EA Forum exist. They might miss the warning about avoiding playing the family who lives in San Myshuno's lots in neighborhoods with festivals.
It's also better to wait for mod updating because this big patch affects many core mods.
However, as there are many necessary fixes including eye closing, I will update as soon as possible!
