I don't want any more occults since I only really play with vamps. However, the unholy trinity of vampires, werewolves and witches should be completed. I think they could add some very nice build/buy and a new spooky world. I'd love a cramped, ashy Victorian London-style area with a mixture of small townhouse apartments and luxurious estates, as well as a dark forest area with secret underground buildings with chains and cells.
The Victorians liked importing vibrant Chinese and Japanese trinkets and furniture for its exotic, hedonistic appeal, so that would be a great opportunity to add in the colourful and ornate items we were robbed of in Snowy Escape. The moody atmosphere of a dark Victorian estate filled with ornate items of pale silver, opal, teal, dark red etc would be the perfect abode for a creature of the night. Jekyll and Hyde as well as Dorian Gray vibes compliment the danger and mystery surrounding werewolves.
Werewolves chaining themselves up during the full moon adds some intrigue, and skulking through the forest makes sims in the area feel hunted. Werewolves can maybe "hunt" (collect) critters like birds and snakes with more ease. Victorians loved their gilded bird cages, so adding some small pets could be a good opportunity here. Also, having a falcon on your shoulder to help you catch other critters looks very cool. If EA would deign to add the fear emotion, werewolves could scare sims to death through repeated interactions. Petrifying sims with fear makes them freeze, allowing werewolves to swipe their pockets. Many old werewolf stories describe werewolves going to the city for its "rich hunting ground" - to rob their victims. This is thus a T-rated way to make werewolves less boring.
As for other occult-related gameplay, I'd like gypsies, tarot card readers, matchmakers and some fleshing out of the voodoo doll. These could fit well in the werewolf pack, since gypsies did historically live in many European cities, including England. The rickety wagons and stalls of dark, moody purple and teal would look amazing in the dark grey and brown streets of the world.
