Thank you sooo much @simgirl1010 !!! I had looked for #duplex and #roomates, even #alien but hadn't thought to look for #oasissprings or #strangerville. Soon as I looked at the most popular strangerville lots I found the perfect old family home complete with secretive basement. Its "StrangerVille Family Home" by Gryphi (aka msgryphi). I am going to remove most of the furniture and convert to a sorta duplex. Might need to get a third Sim in (the place is huge ) but overall it's great.
