What makes Sims be mean to each other autonomously?

That's odd. I would probably check what buffs and hidden traits those sims have with sim info. Maybe they have leftover hidden buffs or hidden traits from Surviving the Holidays scenario.

I only know how to to do that with MC Command Center though or the sim info mod.
