That was a good idea. I do use MCCC. I went through the log and couldn't find anything hidden related to the scenario other than a bit in his relationship details with Blake indicating that the scenario relationship has been healed.
I did find several hidden bits in relationships pertaining to him being awkward...which I assume is because of the loner trait. Maybe that trait alone is causing the issues. Or...it's the bug which @simgirl1010 mentioned (and I appreciate that mention). It sure has the trademarks of what that bug thread talks about.
