They seem to remain longer than what is actually shown in game. Of all those sentiment "bits" that I listed which show in the log, only one is actually showing up in game. They don't remain "forever" though, because both TJ and Blake have had other sentiments, both positive and negative, toward one another in the past which aren't showing up at all in the log at this time.
