What MWS features are restricted to wedding events?

I have not grabbed the pack yet as I hardly have time playing these days, will get MWS when my RL gets back to normal. Meanwhile I wonder what event features of the pack are not restricted to wedding ...

What is this? new flower accessory on chest And where do I find it, please. I wanted boutonnières for the men and it would be nice for the Moms to have corsages, too.

If it's an option in CAS, I surely overlooked it. Par for the course these days.
