I want an EP called Filthy Rich and Dirt Poor. I'd like for a way to spend a lot of money, because the game is boring atm. Includes a new world that has
Features would include
- a very very expensive hilltop neighborhood (like Beverly Hills) (The land is very expensive and houses range from 1 million simoleons to 10 million simoleons)
- a gated community (houses are worth a few hundred simoleons)
- a massive country club on a 120 x 120 lot,
- a trailer park that allows you to house multiple trailer homes (multiple households)
- a high end shopping district
- a dump site (good for dumpster diving and homeless sims)
Features would include
- Expensive consumables like rare nectar, caviar, kobe beef, steak tartar, escargot, sparkling juice
- Tennis courts and a driving range in the country club which requires a weekly membership fee. Country club can have spa items, a high end cafe, a ballroom for regularly scheduled charity balls, business conferences and other private events like a wedding.
- Separate wallets within a household. Write a will to leave money to various sims, fight for alimony and child support when divorcing a sim, etc.
- Invest simoleons in the stock market
- Buy insurance for events like fire, death and so on
- Start pyramid and fraud schemes
- Super expensive art and antique furniture (in excess of 500,000 simoleons)
- Expensive clothes and jewelry you actually have to buy in a store to own
- Private schools and tutors
- Real walk-in closets
- New non-active careers: lawyer, agent (sports agent or entertainment), entertainment (actor or movie producer paths), consultant and accountant.
- New non-active jobs (only promote from apprentice to journeyman to master or trainee to associate to manager, pay depends on experience and customer reviews): plumber, janitor, cashier, gas station attendant, salesperson, electrician, bus driver, gardener and nanny. Some jobs may have active opportunities (e.g. plumbing emergency) for a chance to make money. Job pay depends on skills required.
