I like the idea of a Team Sports expansion, where one can designate a club as a sports team, and also the Dance studio idea.
Perhaps, Soccer/Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Volleyball. Each game plays out against rival clubs with team members athletic skills helping determine the outcomes. For games where the club has too many members to participate, sims rotate in an out with those "on the bench" cheering and encouraging their team.
I'd like to see a "Get to School" expansion like Zerbu's mod. That's a lot of fun. With teachers and prom's, etc.
Maybe a "Theater" pack. Where one can join the Playwright, or Actor career. Options to perform different types of plays before audiences, each generating different moodlets for the audience. Plays in a park or town square generate shorter term, less intense moodlets, while something in an actual theater with full blown sets and costumes generate stronger, longer lasting moodlets. The quality of the play, and the skill of the performers also has an impact.
Old content I'd like to see again, Magician career (I enjoyed that one), Bands (with singers).
