I would like a "dangerous" game pack, with all sorts of natural disasters/meteors that could damage your house (I'm talking floor, walls, furniture) and your sim would have to fix it (thanks to their handiness skill, or they could call a repairman/builder through services). They could also purchase houses that would literally be in ruins, and have a real fixer upper.
I would also really like a retrofuturist world à la Fallout, Bioshock... etc. With retro features such as landlines, newspapers, cars...
And also as others said, an off-the-grid+farming pack would be pretty great.
