A Real Estate pack. Probably be more of a game pack. Your sim can buy and own multiple homes and community and sell them. Or you can enter the Real Estate "career." Put a house up for sale and have NPCs buy/bid on them. Also update the way sims move in and out. Add the "Move Out/Kick Out" interactions. Update apartments so they can be created modified, and our Sims can be landlords. Add a new blank world in with this.
