Well, this lack of gameplay is very much in line with previous Expansion packs. The game packs usually have at least the same or more gameplay than this. And the seasons aren't even complete, with no real snow etc. It's the same way they cut alot of animals from the pets themed pack. My guess is that they simply don't have enough resources to actually make the expansions worth it. Game packs are better because they don't attempt a grand main feature that they don't have the money to really complete. Instead in expansions we get the worth of a game pack, but with an uncompleted main feature (see apartments, pets, weather). It's sad, because they could do so much better if they just had the appropriate budget. I wouldn't mind paying 10 bucks more than I do now for complete expansions.
