What new venue/lot types would you like to see implemented?

I want this the most but I also want to run motels (not resorts... although if I can run something small resorts are fine too).
I'd love a proper movie theater where sims actually all go to watch the screen, maybe you can have some couple interactions like cuddles ect.
If we ever get bands I'd like a concert hall.
I do wonder how well some of this will actually work though given the sim limit per lot.... but I'd make do with smaller venues :).
All of the other things I'd be happy to see also.
