For my personal preference I'd say I couldn't enjoy the sims 4 without Get Together (best world imho and the club system is SO handy), vampires and realm of magic (I just love occults) and probly the upcoming paranormal SP.
But I would certainly miss alot of other packs features, BB and CAS items too.
