What pack(s) should I score today?

I needed a bit of time to decide between Strangerville and RoM, but ended up with RoM. Both packs are great for Build/Buy and CAS. But, with the whole story thing going on in Strangerville, I wasn't sure you'd enjoy that.
I'm also undecided on the Digital Deluxe upgrade. The only thing I'm interested in, is the Tiki bar, maybe some other B/B stuff. Not at all interested in the dumb hats or the party stuff. Although the new foodstuffs look interesting :#
