I'd imagine their human awareness would have to depend on their Level. Omegas can't go into wolf form only Lycan Form
even in Lycan form, their Human awareness is minimal, very vague.
For a Beta their human awareness is there, they can go into Wolf form and be conscious of what they're doing, even in Wolf form should the player choose to take on this form.
The Alpha and Delta, Has Full human awareness in any form Human, Lycan, Wolf, or Beast Form
