I know about the buzz hand thing, but what else is there? I recall my sims throwing eggs on other sims' front door, but is that limited to Halloween, or was it TS3 even... I keep mixing up those me...

Yes the egg throwing was from Sims 3. If you are a certain Mischief level you can do Air Horn. You can scare a sim. You can flick their face. You can fart aka Noxious Cloud in the game. You can also make a prank call to someone through the phone. If you become a partner in crime with someone you can plan work or school pranks together that have a variety.
