What questions do you have about Island Living?

Will our Sims be able to litter the island? It sounded to me like this was possible in the livestream. I want to make a story of a careless Sim who doesn't pay attention to nature and conservation. Then he meets a beautiful mermaid who encourages him to change his actions. I hope I can do this.
