I always set all lights to neutral white or the lightest yellow color and activate auto lights. Yes, it can be annoying having the lights turn on and off constantly, but I've found it lowers your Sims' bills using that feature. If you have a big home with lots of lights on all day and night, it can really rack up the simoleans. o.O
