What should i place in my ranch basement?

Nectar ages faster in the basement if you don't already have that set up. I like putting laundry rooms, spare bedrooms, skill rooms, bars, entertainment rooms, and even gardens in the basement if my sims have one.

omg wow really didnt know that about nectar - thanks for the headsup - yes my other houses had laundry room/gym/sauna/spare room - was curious how others decorated their basements

Can have a room for nectar racks and a room/study for your paranoid sim
