You are so right! I wish they'd spend more time on stuff like this, making the game feel more immersive, instead of switching things up on us and making pointless changes. Really not a fan of the new relationships menu!!!!! Or infants. Or most of the updates they've made this year 😭😭 and yet they keep doing it and breaking my game more each time.
Then again, I think to achieve this level of character and story telling we the players crave, it might be better just to start from scratch (and leave the sims 4 alone! Fix the bugs and be done). Hopefully Project Renee is going to be good.
