What size home do you prefer?
I prefer mansions and large the bigger the better. I like fort sims to have LOTS of rooms.

The way I handle this issue, is by giving the kids a bunch of those $15,000 violins in their inventories before moving them out. After the second generation or so I can give all of my Sims good size houses without cheats.
