What size home do you prefer?

I need lots of space. I want to be able to place anything my sims need to avoid traveling to other lots for skills and what have you. Especially with growing families, I'd like for everyone to have their own room + bathroom. I'll usually start small and expand as needed. My current sim only has a tent, a shower and a camp fire. Quite humble beginnings.

I only know how to build one size of house - large! I like having room for my simmies, plus I tend to prefer larger homes in RL too.

I like 3-4 bed houses with at least a couple of bathrooms. I like the master bedroom to have an ensuite bathroom and I tend to decorate with as good an item as I can. I typically FreeRealEstate the homes for my Sims, unless I’m doing a challenge. Then I let them work for their living and usually garden as well for extra income.

I have one family living in Brindleton Bay’s largest hole but I rarely play them and had to drastically reduce the items in their lot. I play on a Mac and it was lagging awfully. So the medium sized lots are now my favourite.

I have big families, so big houses. I wish there were more big lots to fit them in. :sweat:

Small or medium, but I picked medium. I quite like small homes with big gardens. I actually don't like massive homes or mansions. If I had a big house to play with I just want to fill it with Sims, and the more I have the less I care about them individually. Plus one or two in a huge house just feels weird.

I like small homes or apartmens. It is a challenge for me.

I'm not sure about the build itself but I only play at 30X20 - 40X30 lots, others are either too small or too big

For houses, I prefer both medium and large size. I prefer a large lot so you have the option to decide on different house sizes. Plus if Sims 4 ever gets cars, I'm guessing it'd be similar to Sims 2 with the L-shaped driveway placement requirements. If you have a large house with not much space left on the lot, it's going to be hard to figure out where to put a driveway. Yes, I'm still hoping we get cars lol.

Small or medium houses for myself - I like a challenge and I don't like having too much extra space. I enjoy more of a challenge in the game and I don't like having a ton of extra space. Just enough for everyone to have their own rooms and some living areas. Most of my households have 3 bedroom, 2/1.5 bathrooms.

Something in between small and medium.
