Mischief - I almost never use it, not even on sims that ain't that nice. My criminal career sim have it leveled up because I had to for the career.
Photography - Because of the way it's implemented.
Rocket Science - Still don't have a sim with this. Except for 1 or 2 levels. :|
Charisma - Because as others have said. It skills up way too fast and easy! Everyone becomes a smoothtalker by just chatting with friends and family.
