Oh my goodness, yes! The thing that gets to me the most is the way that bystander Sims ignore marriage proposals. My first proposal in TS4 took place at a restaurant. The guy ordered the experimental dish for his girlfriend, the one that looks like a gift. While she was eating, I had him propose to her as if he'd hidden the ring in the dish. I was so disappointed that no one in the restaurant seemed to notice.
