I've decided I want to make Newcrest a residential area, but I want to keep the homes to look like the ones off in the very close distance. I doubt if they have a name, or if they do, that the people creating them would know it and use it in their hashtags. When I built in Newcrest, I wanted a city/commercial vibe, so if there's something in the background that doesn't match my lot, I just build a brick wall and pretend like the non-matching architecture is not there.

I believe the closest ones will be under new Orleans style.

Maybe a cape cod style house? Seems like its own genre. When I need something for a particular world, I just hashtag Newcrest and hope someone made something that worked. I always hashtag the world that I do my builds for. Hope others do the same.

I hate that world so much it just looks off no matter what I build p_p don't like the vibes
but I do think its partly similar to willow creek so some of build styles there could work
or you could simply search gallery with ''newcrest'' or lot name since lot of people tag that way

I got a feeling that Willow Creek / Newcrest / Magnolia Promenade are neighborhoods on the same town. And if I'm not wrong, the original idea was to increase the neighborhood maps?

I usually put some New Orleans style homes and some expensive Modern ones xD (Maxis profile on Gallery has some nice lots for Willow Creek / Newcrest)

I think Magnolia Promenade was supposed to be a part of Willow Creek but that would have broken old saves so they just made it a new area.

I think you may be right.

The neighborhood seems to be set near or in downtown Willow Creek, considering that both have the same architectural style and Magnolia Promenade shares its name with Magnolia Blossom Park, Willow Creek's park. Although there are only four standard lots in the promenade, there are two other lots that appear to be set in this neighborhood; the Police Station and Willow Creek Hospital, both facing each other in the same plaza.
