It really is ridiculous. I just took my sim to a festival and half the people there were in turbans that I did not give them. The fact that this has been going on for two years now without any attempt to fix it blows my mind. I almost think that the sims team thinks we enjoy it.There's not even a mod we can turn to to fix this. It really blows.

I agree - it is bad enough when the random townies are wearing all these ridiculous outfits but when they do it to the sims we are playing that we created outfits for - it is seriously annoying.

I swear to God. If I could delete and remove City Living from my game file on Origin, I would. Although, it's likely that those bugs have infested a lot of the other packs. So yeah. They have to fix this issue of stupid outfit concoctions once and for all.

I really wish I could go through CAS and mark certain items as 'played sims only' or maybe 'allowed for game generated sims'. I blacklist things on MCCC when I see them, but I wish I could make a universal setting and be done with it.

Best way to get attention to what might be a bug (or at least not by design) is to report at http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs that the game is loading Sims in "special" outfits chosen by the game.

Yeah I hate the random ugly outfits along with the overly used of certain names generated...it’s just a confusing mess. There is no balance when comes to clothing or naming... I have like six or seven townies named Tanaka, Nair, Savalani and/or Seddif, or whatever along with masses of dumb outfits worn.

Since this is supposed to be an official site for the game, I think all I should have to do is post the issue here. And somehow, it should be noted and passed on. If they can check twitter, they should be checking here too on a daily basis.
