It was the last day of high school for my Ubrite Prep teens. They had applied to university and were awaiting their acceptance letters. To celebrate their 'graduation' I took them to one of the festivals in San Myshuno, and upon arriving back at the school something horrific happened...

The kids first met Evie at school, and she was a close neighbor to. She would come by most days after school to hang out.

I decided she would be one of the six teens to attend Prep school in my first rotation.
After aging up the four teens in Cassandra's household I rotated over the Delgatos' house to age up Evie.

She turned out pretty cute. And I decided to give her the Freelance Botanist aspiration because gardening wasn't something I had dived into yet and she seemed like a good fit for gardening.

Her short time at the prep school was time well spent, she became good friends with the other teens, especially Milo. I had planned that they would most likely move in together one graduated from university, they really clicked together.

She spent much of her free-time in the schools' greenhouse, tending to the plants and increasing her gardening skill.

So what am I to do? She is sorely missed by the others, and I will admit that I had a nice future planned out for her. But then again her death and haunting of the prep school could serve as a cautionary tale of how your emotions can get the best of you, lolll.

Okay, this all depends on how attached you are to this sim, but having her haunt the school would be a cool story point. How does it affect the students and headmaster? Will the school declare an annual Remembrance Day? What about new students hearing the legend of Evie?

Maybe have someone study gourmet cooking, gardening and fishing so they can bring her back?

If it were my simworld, I'd let it stand, move Evie to my Honored Dead cemetery, then have whoever loved her most release her spirit to the netherworld—my sims' religion includes the belief that the dead don't get the good afterlife unless the living prove to the Watcher their love for the departed sim.

Of course, yours is not my simworld, so do what you feel is best for your world's canon.

How seriously you take my vote depends on whether you want to use the plot point of having another student get really into magic for Evie's sake. (Milo?)

So how did she get so embarrassed?

I believe she was embarrassed before I sent everyone off to the San Myshuno Festival. Once there she had she had bladder failure in front of everyone, which I think added to her embarrassment turning her mortified.

I think I’ll leave the poll open for a day or two, then go with the majority vote. Whatever the outcome I think it will turn into a good story.

I love Evie Delgato and it was sad that she died in your game. :/
Maybe Milo could start learning magic and become a spellcaster to be able to use magic to bring Evie back to life.

As I see it as unforunate timing (aging a teen up during a mood swing), I think she deserves a second chance.

I always say that I go with whatever the game throws at me.

Although, I'm a bit hypocritical, the other day I was playing the Free Spirits household (Maaike Haase and Ulrike Faust), and Ulrike suddenly died from being overly playful. I had forgotten I turned emotional deaths on in MCCC. Maaike plead with Grim with no luck. I wasn't ready for her die, this was my first rotation to that household. So I cheated her back with MCCC.
