I am getting a bit bored with the game so it would be great to have some suggestions on what other things I can do in the game to make it entertaining. Challenges aren't really working and making awesome families isn't either. Not hating on the game, I sometimes just don't know what to do

When I don't know what to do or just plain bored with The Sims 4, I usually go on to play another game. :#

I have to agree.. Sometimes the only thing that gets me back into the simming mood is to take a break. Have you tried everything there is to do in the game yet?

I think families and challenges is all about what you can do to make it fun...

Just kidding, try recreating your favorite TV show characters from different shows, and see how they interact with one another.

how many Sims can you convert to ghosts
how many babies can one Sim mom have in the shortest time frame (and if you want to add a twist, a different partner for each child.
make a retirement home, fill it with elders, set it short life span and see who and how long it takes them to kick the bucket
try to kill one Sim by each possible scenario
build the most outrageous, colorful, groovy hippy pad

I'm going to try and recreate my grandparents brownstone from memory.

I think I need to C&P this post onto my wall for all my great ideas.

I will usually accomplish as much wishes as I can, but when I'm stuck I'll search for collectibles, like crystals and stuff.

You go play a real Sims game, either play Sims 1, 2, or my favorite 3. I got bored with Sims 4 so fast.
