What type of lots/venues are you building in Sulani?

I'm thinking a spa would fit nicely in this world.

maybe an outdoor yoga studio on one of the lots that goes over the water. That be fun.

All of those sound like great ideas! I am not sure yet myself, can't wait to find out what we have to work with then see what I can do, it may end up being my fave area.

I want to try and build some sort of research facility to study mersims. Maybe it’s operated by some Strangerville secret agents who have captured a few for evil experiments and research (inspired by The Shape of Water). I usually play a pretty realistic game and I’m not very interested in supernatural sims so I’m hoping this will be a way to introduce mersims while being somewhat believable. Create a story around a sim who is trying to set them free. I’m not sure yet how I’ll work it all out if anyone thinks it’s a somewhat interesting idea and has any suggestions!

Definitely a spa for my sims on "vacation".

I’m definitely building a restaurant and a “bed & breakfast” type of home.

I plan to build a generic community lot or change a residential lot to one for my 10 legacy families to use as a time-share. I might add a restaurant, too, if I get ambitious.

A restaurant with hotel over it, a beach resort, a camping with waterfront activities, a national park sea reserve... And a bar/ gift shop.

But I’ll think of more when it’s here :).

I'm only using it for vacation, so I'm gonna search for some cool tropical themed restaurants to add so my sims can go out to eat while on vaycay.

A spa, a restaurant, a lovely community park, a gift shop, and maybe a gym or something similar.

Ooh! And a regional club for supernaturals, but more for the community of day walking vampires and mermaids.

It would make a great place for sims to get married. The bride could wear white with a ring of flowers on her hair and (because it isn't a vacation world) you can invite all your friends and family to the wedding and have a luau afterwards.
