I build the houses my Sims ultimately live in, but I don't feel compelled to replace every single lot in a neighborhood. I don't play Townies, either. I have one particular family I created years ago as a background for my Original/Character in the Star Trek mini-series in my siggie below. Since her family were minor players in the overall story, playing them in the game allows me to enjoy them to a fuller extent. I don't write a full-blown story for them, but I will piece together a story out of whatever takes place in a gaming session and the random pictures I capture throughout said session. I love sharing my Sims.
